Soundview Landing 

​As a long-time partner of the Norwalk Housing Authority (NHA), EJP stewarded the successful redevelopment of Soundview Landing from inception to completion. EJP assisted with identification of the Washington Village redevelopment site and target neighborhood, wrote a successful FY 2011 Choice Neighborhoods planning grant application, and served as planning coordinator leading the process to develop a community-driven Transformation Plan for the South Norwalk community. EJP then helped secure a $30 million FY 2013 Choice Neighborhoods implementation grant and served as program manager, helping NHA bring the Transformation Plan to fruition. The project leveraged over $185 million to create 273 mixed-income units and implement numerous neighborhood improvements including the redevelopment of the neighboring Ryan Park.
