Our extensive knowledge of HUD mixed-finance regulations ensures an efficient process that typically includes preparing Demolition/Disposition and Acquisition applications, responsible Relocation Plans, Rental Term Sheets for HUD Panel Review, etc.

  • In Galveston, we are assisting the Housing Authority in replacing public housing units lost as a result of Hurricane Ike in mixed-income communities.
  • In Berkeley, we are working to project-base the Authority's public housing scattered site program to ensure the long-term viability of deeply subsidized units in a high cost area.
  • In New Orleans, EJP is the Development Advisor to the Housing Authority Receiver overseeing over $1 billion in redevelopment efforts.
